Documents Required at the Time of Admission, 2025-26

List of Documents:

• 5 Copies Passport size photo.
• 3 Copies of 10thpass Marksheet & Certificate (Xerox copy).
• 3 Copies of 12thpass Marksheet & Certificate (Xerox copy).
• 2 Copies of Caste certificate (Xerox copy).
• 2 Copies of Age proof certificate (HSLC Admit Card) (Xerox copy).
• 2 Copies of Gap certificate in case of gap (Xerox copy).
• 2 Copies of PRC/NRC (Xerox copy).
• 2 Copies of Medical Certificate (Blood group to be mentioned) (Xerox copy).
• 1 Copy each of Guardians’ passport size photo for hostel authority letter.
• 1 Copy of Aadhar card (Xerox copy).
• 1 Copy of BPL card and EWS certificate of students, if applicable (Xerox copy)
• 1 Copy of Bank account details of the student i.e. First page of passbook (Xerox copy)
• 1 Copy of Ration card, if annual income is less than 5 Lakhs.

Note:

1. Personal mobile number and email Id of student for registration in Samarth portal.
2. Student’s mobile number should be linked to their Adhar card and bank account for ABC Id.
